Payment Information

To the right is a list of the class periods for the 2009-2010 season. This schedule should enable everyone to keep track of when payments are due.

PAYMENT IS DUE THE FIRST SCHEDULED CLASS OF EACH PERIOD.

Any payments not made by the end of the second week in a period will be subject to a $15 late fee. If the student cannot attend classes the first two weeks of a period, then payment for the four-week period should be mailed in to avoid the late fee. IF TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NOT KEPT CURRENT, STUDENT MAY NOT CONTINUE CLASSES.

Enrollment is through June 12, 2010 and as such we are holding your place in these classes. Therefore, tuition is expected each period unless a student is formally withdrawn at the end of a four-week period. If there are legitimate hardship reasons why payment cannot be made ON TIME for a particular period, please explain to Mrs. Russell in the office and deferred payment can be arranged for that specific period.

REMINDER: For proper credit, please write the student’s first and last names on the check.
